The mold team understood the challenge from the beginning. We developed molds with the best materials and 2 sets backup molds to ensure the smooth production . We replaced the online mold in 1 hour once it works poor.

Our automated production line played a core role. Tinshining  has 45 automated production lines. Our engineers adjusted our lines and  kept eyes on every shift . We arranged two shifts per day and set the goal of daily output to be more than 300k pcs.

The stability of automated lines enables our QC to control quality more efficiently. At the same time, automated lines also allows our workes saved their hands and  focus on quality. We care our quality .

The packaging team also played an important role. They were not only in charge of  cleaning products, but also for quality control. We added three quality checking  durning the packaging process.
